02   Apartment Redesign

In this project we prepared the apartment to be staged, as well as staged it for sale.

We started with selecting the paint colors for each room, selecting the wallpaper for one of the bedrooms, and removing the walls we were going to replace. We cooperated with a carpenter to help with removing and replacing all of the lists throughout the apartment, as well as the walls in one of the bedrooms. We then filled all the corners of the walls and filled holes to prepare for painting. After that we painted the walls as well as the ceilings in each room, as well as, all the new lists and door frames, windows and window frames. We hung the wallpaper in one of the bedrooms, and, finally, we brought in the furniture and decor and staged the apartent for sale!

This project took 6 weeks to complete.
